**Job Title:** Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Assistant (HHA) - 2nd Shift, Part-Time

**Job Summary:**
Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Certified Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide (CNA/HHA) on 2nd shift. We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented individual to provide top-notch care to our residents and support the nursing staff. This part-time position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those in need of care and assistance. This position is part-time required days on a bi-weekly rotation are
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and dining room assistance.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as weight, blood pressure, temperature, SPO2, and pulse.
- Help transport residents to and from treatment areas, dining rooms, and other facilities.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care, activities, and changes in condition.
- Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality resident care.
- Uphold safety and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.
- Provide companionship and engage residents in meaningful activities.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide(CNA/HHA) in Indiana.
- Previous experience in a long-term care facility or Assisted Living Facility preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Flexible and willing to work evenings and weekends, pick up shifts as needed.
- Compassionate, patient, and attentive to the needs of the residents.
