What You’ll Do
- Handle maintenance requests like a pro—plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, HVAC, and more.
- Prepare apartment homes for move-in with quality and efficiency.
- Maintain the property’s appearance and functionality; from pressure-washing breezeways to ensuring lights are shining bright.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies.
- Keep safety top-of-mind, stay organized, and deliver top-notch customer service as part of a team.
What You Bring
- Experience in general apartment maintenance or similar trades.
- HVAC certification required; CPO certification a plus.
- Strong work ethic and flexibility with scheduling.
- Friendly, professional demeanor. Residents should smile when they see you coming.
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs., climb ladders, and work indoors and outdoors in all weather.
- Basic toolset (or willingness to acquire one).
Bonus Skills:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Teams, or OneSite.
- Bilingual communication skills.
- Trade school or vocational certification.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with liability insurance.
- Pass pre-employment maintenance skills assessment, background check, and drug screening.
Work Hours:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (flexibility required)
On-call hours as scheduled
