Assistant Educator – Early Childhood (Infant, Toddler, Preschool)

Position Overview
We are seeking supportive and reliable assistant teachers to help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment.
Assistant teachers work closely with lead teachers to support daily routines, learning activities, and positive interactions with children.

Key Responsibilities
- Support classroom activities and daily routines
- Supervise children and ensure safety at all times
- Assist with meals, diapering, toileting, and rest time
- Help maintain a clean and organized classroom
- Encourage positive behavior and engagement
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff
Qualifications
- Experience working with children preferred but not required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Willingness to learn and grow in early childhood education
- Ability to meet licensing requirements and pass background checks
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
