Champlain Valley Family Center is looking for a Mental Health Clinician Social Worker for our expanding behavioral healthcare outpatient clinic. This clinic works with individuals with mental health and substance use disorders. The individual is responsible for individual and group counseling, assessments, treatment planning, collaborating with outside providers, and working together with a treatment team to meet the needs of any clients. CVFC has competitive pay and great benefits. Applicants must have an active LCSW, LMSW, or LMHC. Pay is based off experience.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, groups, and families
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Counseling or related field
- Current LMHC/LMSW/LCSW license in NYS
- Experience working in an integrated healthcare setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
