Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Multi Site Teller to join our team, supporting the Essex County Branches, based out of the Willsboro branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while efficiently handling transactions. As a Multi-Site Teller, you will play a crucial role in maintaining customer relationships and ensuring the smooth operation of our banking services.
Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with accuracy.
- Handle cash management tasks, ensuring proper cash handling and security protocols are followed.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding their accounts and provide information on banking products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.
- Utilize retail math skills to perform calculations related to transactions and account balances.
- Promote bank products through upselling techniques to enhance customer experience.
- Support loan processing activities by assisting customers with loan applications and documentation as needed.
- Utilize 10 key typing skills for efficient data entry during transaction processing.
Experience
- Previous experience in cash handling or banking is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on relationship management.
- Familiarity with debits, credits, and basic accounting principles is beneficial.
- Experience in loan origination or processing is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour
