The Multi-Site Branch Banker plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and fostering a positive banking experience across multiple branch locations. The Multi-Site Branch Banker is a key driver of business development and growth, both within the branches and through community engagement.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting clients warmly, understanding their financial needs, and offering appropriate banking solutions.
- Manage customer relationships through proactive engagement, upselling banking products such as savings accounts, loans, and credit cards to meet individual needs.
- Process a variety of banking transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, cash handling, and check processing using banking software and cash management systems.
- Assist customers with loan origination processes by collecting necessary documentation, explaining loan options, and guiding them through application procedures.
- Detect and prevent fraud by monitoring transactions for suspicious activity and adhering to financial compliance standards.
- Maintain detailed records of transactions, cash drawer handling, and customer interactions while ensuring adherence to banking regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with team members across multiple branches to share best practices, support operational efficiency, and uphold high standards of service excellence.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a retail banking environment with strong customer service and sales skills (2 years’ experience preferred).
- High degree of diligence to ensure accuracy in processing transactions and cash handling.
- Ability to follow all branch related policies and procedures, especially those relating to the security and protection of confidential customer information and cash handling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work collaboratively within a team setting.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Ability to travel to various branch locations within the assigned market as needed.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and core operating systems.
- May be required to work extended hours and/or weekends based on branch needs.

Varies by branch. Monday – Friday 8:15am-5:15pm , Saturday 8:45am-12:15pm as scheduled on a rotational basis.
Pay: $18.50 - $23.00 per hour
