Championship Martial Arts is a Child Development Center that uses martial arts as a tool. Our clients range from ages 3-adult. Title: Front Desk / Customer Service Representative (Part-Time, afternoons/evenings, 20-26 hours per week):

You’ll be responsible for:
· Lead calls / Appointment Setting / Appointment Confirmations
· Sales conferences
· Assisting with tasks involved with enrollments, upgrades and client communications
· Inventory
· Basic administrative duties
· Helping ensure prospects turn into paying clients
· Helping ensure clients get upgraded according to our systems
· Helping ensure clients stay through black belt
· Having constant interaction with families
· Communicating daily with the rest of the team and/or leadership
· Attending scheduled meetings and training when applicable
· Daily log of appointments
· Work with discretion and tact when exposed to confidential information
· Enter and maintain information in our database on a daily basis
· Helping grow the location

Other information:
There will be a probation training period of 90 - 180 days.
The Direct Report for the Front Desk / Customer Service Representative will be the Director of Operations.
Because of the nature of our business, as a condition of employment, this position requires the applicant to submit to a full, 50 State Police Background Check to include fingerprints. Subsequent background checks every 2-3 years.
Pre-Employment Drug Screening, along with Random Drug Test during employment
We are drug free, alcohol-free workplace.
The hours are subject to change, but are typically:
Monday through Thursday 2:00pm – close (Varies, 7:00pm-8:30pm)
Saturday 8:00 am – 11:00am
