LegaSea Farms is seeking dependable and hardworking Plant Deleafing Technicians to join our cultivation team at our Warren, Michigan facility. This position plays an important role in maintaining healthy cannabis plants by carefully removing excess foliage while helping keep cultivation rooms clean, organized, and operating efficiently.

What You'll Do

As a Plant Deleafing Technician, your responsibilities will include:

• Carefully remove leaves from cannabis plants following company standards
• Stand for extended periods throughout the workday
• Occasionally work from a small platform or bench when needed
• Clean and sanitize work tables and cultivation equipment
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain cleanliness throughout cultivation rooms
• Assist with general housekeeping duties at the end of each workday
• Follow all company safety procedures and cultivation protocols
• Support the cultivation team with additional duties as assigned

Previous cannabis cultivation experience is helpful but not required. We value reliability, attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Compensation

• $17.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience
