District Vice President (DVP)
Location: Multi-Site / Regional | Full-Time | Exempt

We’re looking for a District Vice President (DVP) to oversee daily operations, support site leaders, and drive exceptional performance across our division. If you’re passionate about building strong teams, elevating culture, and delivering consistent operational results, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do
As the District Vice President, you will:
Lead Operations Across Multiple Sites

Ensure each site is open, staffed, and operating smoothly

Drive performance by monitoring daily metrics and conversion rates

Conduct site visits to evaluate culture, curb appeal, operational standards, and system performance
Support and Develop Site Leaders

Hold weekly one-on-one meetings focused on coaching and development
-
Partner with leaders to maintain high-quality service and team engagement
-
Work closely with your direct leader to align on goals and priorities
Maintain High Operational Standards

Complete required audits (Sonnys, staff, cash, and compliance audits)

Oversee supply ordering and distribution (uniforms, sandbags, kits, office supplies, etc.)

Review schedules, timecards, and time-off requests

Address maintenance and facility needs with Facilities Leadership
Drive Safety, Quality, and Results

Conduct monthly soil tests and quarterly safety inspections

Review key reports daily (Paycom, Ramp, site scoreboards)

Support cross-functional initiatives with IT, Marketing, HR, and Customer Experience
What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of multi-site leadership or operations management

Strong communication, coaching, and people-development skills

Experience analyzing performance metrics and driving results

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on operational environment

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Familiarity with systems like Paycom, UpKeep, and operational reporting tools
