What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Manager position at Champion Windows & Home Exteriors?
As the Marketing Manager for the Knoxville Region, my role goes far beyond simply promoting a company. I’m responsible for helping get Champion out into the community and building our presence throughout Knoxville and the surrounding East Tennessee area.
A big part of my job is researching and securing events where Champion can connect with homeowners and the local community from festivals and fairs to farmers markets, home shows and community events.
I also help build, hire and manage our marketing team, coordinate our event presence, delegate responsibilities, track results and make sure our team is set up for success. We meet weekly to review goals, upcoming events, performance and strategies for continuing to grow our presence in the Knoxville region.
