Position: Physical Therapist - Sports Medicine Fellowship Training
Location: 200 Montgomery Hwy Suite 150, Vestavia Hills, AL 35216
Schedule: Mon-Fri 730am-530pm
Compensation: $29,000 to $32,000 for the 6-month fellowship

This role will be working alongside Kevin Wilk, PT, FAPTA as part of a Sports Medicine Mini- Fellowship Training!

Responsibilities
- Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
- Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
- Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
- Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
- Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
- CPR certification
- Must have outpatient physical therapy experience or outpatient clinical rotation experience in lieu of outpatient experience
- Must be passionate about Sports Medicine. Please list on your resume experiences related to Sports Medicine
