Job Description

To evaluate, plan, and provide physical therapy services as prescribed by the referring physician and as evidenced by the patient's needs. To complete patient-related documentation, ensuring content and timeliness to meet all professional requirements and legal/regulatory specifications. To evaluate and develop plan of care for Physical Therapy Assistants, according to APTA guidelines.

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited School of Physical Therapy required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement. Currently registered as a Registered Physical Therapist (PT) or (RPT) by the State of Alabama Board of Physical Therapy required. Currently certified with Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) required.
