This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and delivering strategic risk management and insurance solutions that help clients protect and grow their businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, prospecting, and relationship development
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
- Conduct needs assessments and evaluate client risk exposures
- Collaborate with internal service teams and carrier partners to develop customized insurance and risk management solutions
- Present proposals and communicate recommendations to prospective clients
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent service and strategic guidance
- Meet or exceed established sales goals and performance expectations
- Maintain awareness of industry trends, market conditions, and emerging risks affecting clients
Qualifications:
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
- Proven success in commercial insurance sales or business development preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications preferred
- Existing book of business
