Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct face-to-face canvassing to promote the American Civil Liberties Union's mission.
- Educate the public about The ACLU and what they are fighting for.
- Recruit new members and donors to support the organization.
- Meet or exceed targets for donor acquisition.
- Represent The ACLU and Champion Level Canvassing professionally.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage in conversations with diverse individuals.
- Resilience and ability to handle rejection.
- Self-confidence and belief in the cause.
- Persuasiveness and ability to secure commitments.
- Reliable transportation to the office/meeting point.
