We are a fast-paced, positive, high-energy Studio, and as our Lead Children’s Martial Arts INSTRUCTOR you will be changing our member’s lives, while building a strong community environment. Located in Lake Mary, FL, we are a well-established local leader in the Martial Arts Instructional space, having our programs featured on every local news channel as well as Fox and CNN to name a few.

POSITION:

We are seeking highly motivated individuals who have great energy, are team players and have what we call, the “it” factor. We want to hire you if:

· Are dependable with reliable transportation

· Work well in teams (can’t be selfish)

· Like Sales (meaning, not afraid to ask people to do things)

· Have a strong work ethic

· Detail Oriented

· Great Stage Presence

· Good Communicator

· Group fitness instruction experience great but nor required (e.g. Martial Arts, gymnastics, Parkour, Dance, Fitness, e.t.c)

· Ready to work this Schedule: (3pm - 7:45pm Mon – Thurs, and Sat 9am – 1pm)

· Can pass all local and federal criminal background checks

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Teach Fun, High Energy, Results Driven Classes using our proven Class Planner System

· Communicate with Students and Parents, (e.g. In Person, Over the Phone, e.t.c.)

· Take Attendance

· Actively Participate in Team Huddles (Be a Problem Solver)

· Promote sign up members for our internal events (i.e.. Summer Camps, Parents Night Out, e.t.c)

· Maintaining a clean and sanitary space (i.e. Bathrooms, all touch points, e.t.c.)

· Teach private lessons

· Make reach out calls (e.g. Miss you calls, Check in calls, e.t.c.)

· Make lead calls

· Give orientations, and studio tours

· Participate in ongoing Martial Arts Training and Professional Development classes, workshops, and Seminars. (ALL paid for by Champion Karate)

· Work Directly with the Owner, Chief Instructor, and Program Director, to execute class plans and reach business goals.

· Represent and promote our studio by participating in special events (i.e. Chamber of Commerce Meetings, Grand Openings and other B2B events)

Job Type: Full-time, Part-Time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
