We remodel stores for major national retailers across the United States. You'll travel with a crew, install new store fixtures, stock merchandise, and help transform retail locations from start to finish.

Before You Apply

This is not a typical retail merchandising job.

Most projects require traveling throughout the United States for 3–4 weeks at a time or longer.

You'll spend long days on your feet, regularly lift up to 50 pounds, work with tools and store fixtures, and occasionally work outdoors while loading or unloading equipment.

If you're looking for a position where you're home every night, this probably isn't the right fit.

What You'll Do

• Assemble and install shelving, steel racking, displays, and store fixtures
• Unload trucks and stock merchandise
• Read blueprints, planograms, and store layouts
• Safely use ladders and hand tools
• Work closely with your crew to complete projects on schedule

What We're Looking For

• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
• Comfortable standing, walking, climbing, and performing physical work throughout the day
• Able to travel nationwide for extended periods
• Valid driver's license (background check and motor vehicle report required)
• REAL ID or Passport required for air travel
• Reliable transportation to local projects when assigned
• Experience with fixture installation, merchandising, construction, remodeling, warehouse work, or similar hands-on trades is preferred but not required

Schedule

This is a full-time, project-based travel position.

When assigned to a project, you'll typically work 40 or more hours per week while traveling nationwide. Most projects last 4-8 weeks , and in many cases you'll move right into the next one. There can be some downtime between projects, depending on how busy we are. Schedules are driven by customer needs and may occasionally change or be extended.
