Champion Installs is seeking experienced Field Supervisors to lead crews on new store openings, remodels, relocations, and retail fixture installations across the United States.

What You'll Do
As a Field Supervisor, you'll lead your team through every phase of a project while ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to Champion standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead and motivate installation teams on retail projects nationwide.
- Read and execute planograms, blueprints, and project specifications.
- Manage new store setups, remodels, merchandising resets, and fixture installations.
- Coach and develop Field Representatives while maintaining high performance expectations.
- Build positive relationships with customers and store management.
- Coordinate daily project activities to keep work on schedule.
- Ensure quality standards are met before project completion.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and productive job site.
- Complete project documentation and reports accurately and on time.
- Address employee concerns professionally while partnering with Human Resources when appropriate.
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience leading crews of 10 or more.
- 2 years of retail fixture installation experience.
- 2 years of merchandising and planogram experience.
- Experience leading new store openings or major remodels.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using tablets, email, and basic computer applications.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to rent and drive company rental vehicles.
- Ability to travel for extended periods (typically up to four weeks at a time).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding work.
