About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Provider Contract Specialist to support the development and management of a strong, compliant, and competitive provider network. This role will focus on provider contracting, network expansion, compliance, contract administration, and provider relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate, draft, and manage provider agreements, LOAs, contracts, and amendments.
- Support provider network expansion and maintain provider relationships.
- Ensure compliance with Medicare Advantage and SNP contracting requirements.
- Maintain accurate contract records, renewals, and reporting.
- Partner with internal teams to improve workflows and support network adequacy.
- Travel within assigned regions as needed.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in healthcare contract administration, provider contracting, or managed care required.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and contract management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
- Medicare Advantage or managed care experience strongly preferred.
