About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Broker Support Specialist to join our Sales Operations team. In this key role, you'll support both internal sales teams and our external network of licensed agents. From credentialing to enrollment and marketing fulfillment, you’ll help ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibility-
✔️ Support Agent Credentialing – Verify licensing, manage certifications, and coordinate onboarding
✔️ Facilitate Enrollment – Help agents resolve enrollment issues and ensure accuracy of submissions
✔️ Manage Marketing Fulfillment – Process requests for sales materials, coordinate with vendors, and track inventory
✔️ Sales Support – Assist with training events, webinars, internal reports, and day-to-day tasks for Broker Managers.
What We’re Looking For
✅ 2 years in broker support, Medicare sales ops, or health plan administration (preferred)
✅ Strong organizational and communication skills
✅ Microsoft Office proficiency; CRM experience (e.g., Zoho) is a plus
✅ Detail-oriented multitasker with a team-first attitude
