SUMMARY
Responsible for improving organizational efficiency, supporting data-driven decision making, and ensuring smooth operational workflow. This position analyzes processes, identifies improvement opportunities, and develops solutions that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and strengthen operational performance.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES/ ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Capable of understanding and supporting quality, environmental, occupational health and safety requirements, as applicable to this position.
At the direction of the Executive VP of Operations, or designee:
Operational Analysis & Reporting
- Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics for leadership visibility.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations outlining operational performance and recommendations.
Process Improvement
- Evaluate existing workflows, systems, and procedures to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
- Design and implement streamlined processes across departments.
- Work cross-functionally with production, engineering, quality, and purchasing teams to ensure cohesive operations.
Data Management
- Maintain data accuracy across operational systems and tools.
- Support the integration of new technologies, software, and automation initiatives.
- Conduct audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company standards.
Necessary skills and abilities:
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data visualization tools
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement trainings preferred

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
