Duties

• Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and outdoor work as needed to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to ensure safe and hygienic spaces.
• Manage laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items.
• Handle heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely when moving furniture, appliances, or other bulky items.
• Maintain the cleanliness of all surfaces and floors through effective cleaning techniques and equipment use.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service.
• Adhere to time management protocols to complete all assigned tasks promptly while maintaining quality standards.

Skills

• Proven experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, custodial duties, or housekeeping management with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures.
• Knowledge of various cleaning surfaces and appropriate cleaning detergents for different materials.
• Skilled in operating cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, steam cleaners, and carpet extractors.
• Ability to implement sanitation standards consistently across diverse environments.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their expectations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple assignments.
• Outdoor work experience is a plus for maintaining exterior areas or outdoor fixtures.
