We do have a no cell phone (talking) inside clients homes as a lot of people work from home now. We want to be seen, not heard...except the vacuum of course! Need people with common sense and a great attitude, experience is highly preferred but can train the right candidates.
Background check will be performed as well as references and a DMV report if driving company vehicle.
Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages.
- Follow established safety procedures while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is in good working condition.
- Respond to special cleaning requests or emergencies as needed.
Experience
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and techniques is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions effectively.
