Champion Care is seeking a creative, outgoing, and motivated Community Marketer to help strengthen our brand and relationships throughout the community. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys community outreach, marketing, public relations, and event coordination — and wants to make a real difference in healthcare.

If you’re social-media savvy, people-oriented, and love bringing others together, this could be the perfect fit. You’ll represent Champion Care across local communities, partnering with organizations, hosting events, and sharing the stories that make our mission come alive.

Responsibilities:
• Build relationships with local churches, senior centers, hospitals, and community organizations to promote awareness of our programs and services.
• Plan and host monthly “Champion in the Community” events such as health fairs, caregiver appreciation days, and local business collaborations.
• Represent Champion Care at festivals, fairs, and community events to increase visibility and engagement.
• Develop grassroots referral pipelines through authentic community connections.
• Use social media to share stories, photos, and testimonials that highlight the impact of our work.
• Collaborate with facility leadership and marketing teams to drive referral growth and community engagement.

Qualifications:
• Friendly, outgoing, and creative personality who enjoys meeting new people.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Social media marketing experience (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, public relations, or healthcare administration preferred.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to attend community events required.

Performance Goals:
• Host at least 4 community events per month with documented outreach and leads.
• Generate 10 new community-based referral leads per week.
• Maintain a 20% conversion rate from event-generated leads to admissions.
• Share at least one community event feature, testimonial, or photo story monthly.
