Weekend Admissions Coordinator
Location: Memphis, TN (Centralized Admissions Office)
Schedule: Weekends | Part-Time
Experience: Healthcare or office coordination experience preferred
Champion Care is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Weekend Admissions Coordinator to join our Centralized Admissions team in Memphis, TN. This position will be responsible for managing and coordinating admissions for our skilled nursing facilities across multiple locations.
The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where every call and connection makes a difference.
- Coordinate and process weekend admissions for multiple nursing homes within the Champion Care network.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for hospitals, families, and referral sources during weekends.
- Review clinical information, verify insurance, and collaborate with nursing and administrative teams to ensure smooth transitions of care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all referrals and admissions.
- Communicate effectively with facility leadership to confirm bed availability and readiness.
- Prior experience in healthcare, admissions, or administrative coordination preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
- Strong computer and documentation skills.

- Saturday and Sunday, daytime hours (some flexibility available).
