We’re seeking a Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to lead our dedicated team in delivering exceptional care.
Position Overview:
As the Nursing Home Administrator, you will manage the daily operations, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and oversee a team that provides outstanding, patient-centered care. Your leadership will play a key role in the success of our facility and the well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care and operational efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of healthcare professionals.
- Cultivate a positive, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, families, and staff.
- Manage facility financials, including budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation.
- Drive quality assurance programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Active Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in Wisconsin.
- 3 years of experience in healthcare leadership, preferably in long-term care.
- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
