Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs
- Support resident care plans and clinical documentation
- Lead and guide CNA staff
- Promote resident safety and comfort
- Collaborate with Nurse Managers and interdisciplinary team
Qualifications:
- Active LPN License in Wisconsin
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A passion for caring for the aging population
- New graduates strongly encouraged to apply!
