This job was posted by https://illinoisjoblink.illinois.gov : For more information, please see: https://illinoisjoblink.illinois.gov/jobs/12983522 The Youth Assessment Center Program Manager will be responsible for the oversight, supervision, and overall coordination of RPCs Youth Assessment Center (YAC), the Youth Housing Advocacy Program (YHAP), the Norman Housing Advocacy Program (HAP), and other programs or services as assigned. This position will work with the Community Services Assistant Director to design and implement high quality programming based on research that is responsive to the needs of youth and families in Champaign County. The position will provide oversight and overall coordination of contracts, and grants in compliance with all relevant State, Federal, and local provisions; supervise staff assigned to the programs they manage; participate in the selection, interview, hiring, and orientation process of new employees; build and maintain collaborative partnerships with Champaign County Court Services staff, law enforcement, community agencies, schools, funders, referral sources, agency procured contractors, etc. This position provides leadership to the Community Services Division in the absence of the Community Services Director and Community Services Assistant Director. The Program Manager is responsible for the administration of program activities, including assigning tasks, monitoring direct client centered services provided by social services staff, as well as management and upkeep of confidential client and program data. Schedule: Primarily 7.5 hours daily between 8am 7pm, Monday Friday. Occasional Saturdays.
