Position Summary

- Coordinate with internal departments to obtain order updates and communicate accurate information to customers.
- Maintain regular, reliable, and on-site attendance at the Champagne Metals office to support customer communications and internal coordination.
- Provide occasional backup support for invoicing processes.
- Assist with general administrative tasks or office support activities as assigned.
- Support other customer service or office functions when needed.
