Position Summary:
The Repack Coordinator is responsible for managing the repack process for beer products, ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance with company standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining inventory integrity, cleanliness, and communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
Repack beer as it arrives from route deliveries.
Manage inventory in the Repack Room, including breakage and damaged beer daily.
Ensure proper beer rotation on shelves to maintain freshness.
Maintain daily cleanliness and organization of the Repack Room.
Submit repack supply orders to the Operations Manager as needed.
Place all repacked beer in designated warehouse areas for restocking.
Comply with all company policies, procedures, and directives.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Communicate with the Sales Manager regarding loose repack inventory.
Monitor close-date areas, checking for damage and verifying code dates.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in warehouse or inventory management preferred.
Reliable transportation
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical ability to lift and move products as needed.
Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and communication.
