- Manage reservations efficiently using our Restaurant Manager Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize guest flow while maintaining comfort and ambiance.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about the menu and restaurant offerings.
- Maintain communication with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating exceptional phone etiquette.
- Assist in managing waitlists during peak hours, keeping guests informed of their wait times.
- Foster positive guest relations by addressing any concerns or requests promptly and effectively.
Requirements
- Previous host/host experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Strong background in food service and customer service, with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members alike.
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous.
