Overview
Bib Gourmand Michelin restaurant is seeking an enthusiastic and friendly individual to join our FHO team. We are looking for a professional Host to welcome guests, manage reservations and waitlists, and set the tone for exceptional service. This is a frontline role for someone with strong communication skills and a calm, organized presence during busy shifts.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently and troubleshoot reservation overlap.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
- Respond to guest messages and voicemails and communicate with management to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A friendly demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
