Champ's Is HIRING!! Our family owned and operated business is seeking a ground crew member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in tree care, landscape maintenance, and/or bucket operation. This position involves performing various tasks related to tree trimming, lawn care, and other landscape services. Our team plays a crucial role in maintaining the beauty and health of our clients' outdoor spaces while ensuring safety and efficiency on the job.
Duties
- Perform tree care services including pruning, trimming, and removal as needed.
- Conduct landscape maintenance activities such as lawn care and general upkeep of outdoor spaces.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed safely and effectively.
- Maintain equipment in good working condition through regular inspections and basic repairs.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the job site.
Qualifications
- Landscaping/ Outdoor Work/ Tree Service experience!
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- MUST HAVE Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
