Job Title: QA Test Lead
Location: Cleveland, OH (Onsite – 4 days in office)

Reports To: Manager of QA & Automation

Your Impact
We seek an experienced and proactive QA Test Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing test planning and coordination across multiple products and teams, specifically you will own a project for a current state product in development. Your responsibilities will include analyzing product requirements, creating test cases and test sets, developing overall test plans, and performing manual testing as needed. You will work alongside one or more SDETs in a left-shifting process that values an “automation first” mindset.
This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze requirements early to identify any gaps or dependencies that may impact testing or automation efforts.
- Create test plans and test cases while collaborating with SDETs to support a “left-shifting,” automation-first approach.
- Collaborate regularly with Product, Engineering, Support, and State Delivery teams.
- Maintain, organize, and update test cases.
- Create dashboards for upward communication.
- Communicate risks to release timelines and generate post-release scorecards.
- Occasional travel (~once per quarter).
Requirements Qualifications
- At least 3–5 years of experience in a testing or test lead role.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven track record of success (with real-world examples).
- Experience writing SQL queries.
- Experience with Postman.
- Experience analyzing error logs (e.g., CloudWatch or similar tools).
- Experience with mobile testing.
- Experience with cross-browser testing.
- Experience with accessibility testing.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Strong communication skills.
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail.

Salary Range
The expected salary range is $110,000 to $125,000 annually. This is a good faith estimate and final compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and geographic location.
