The Role
The Field Sales (Outside Sales) Representative will be an entrepreneurial-minded, data-driven, field sales professional who will develop and execute a clearly defined strategy that drives revenue growth and supports the delivery of best-in-class, client-focused web & digital marketing services. This position is responsible for driving revenue growth.
The goal of this role is to boost CHAMP Digital’s revenue streams, as well as expand and broaden CHAMP’s appeal to new and diverse market segments and industries. The role’s three main objectives are: to generate, expand and optimize revenue growth, develop new opportunities, and support additional growth opportunities.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in outside sales.
- Preferred pre-established relationships with target buyers in any of these industries: boating & marine, travel & tourism, golf, hopsitality/food & beverage, manufacturing, jewelry & retail, and more.
- Preferred 10 years experience in business development/sales.
- Self-motivated and driven by achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within a designated territory.
- Money motivated individuals.
- Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients through various lead generation methods, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, providing exceptional pre-sale support.
- Distributing Sales Materials in person and digitally.
- Set up the entrees and warm lead introductions to the inside sales team
- Customized Solutions: Understand the unique needs and challenges of each client.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline, and progress through our CRM system (Hubspot).
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new opportunities.
