- Schedule: Primarily Monday-Friday daytime hours with occasional evenings or weekends for emergencies or urgent repairs
- Full-time or part-time opportunities available
- Pay is $15-$21 per hour depending on skill and experience

- Complete maintenance work orders and preventative maintenance tasks
- Perform general repairs including plumbing, basic electrical, carpentry, painting, and HVAC support
- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance and safety issues
- Assist with moving, installing, or repairing furniture, fixtures, and equipment
- Support overall facility operations and respond to urgent repair needs when necessary
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of general building maintenance experience
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
- Must be able to pass a fingerprint background check required for working around children
- Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb ladders throughout the workday
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Travel extensively between multiple local agency locations within the Chattanooga area
