- Collect and update client information, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of records
- Handle client intake forms, veterinary records, and other administrative tasks

- Collaborate with the veterinary team to provide support and assist with patient care as needed
- Handle financial transactions, including processing payments and maintaining financial records

- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in veterinary reception or animal science is a plus
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a veterinary clinic or animal-related setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and interact effectively with clients and staff members
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with veterinary practice software or similar systems
- Knowledge and understanding of basic veterinary terminology
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations and handle difficult clients with patience and professionalism
