As our portfolio continues to expand, we are looking for a skilled individual to help maintain and enhance the curb appeal of our managed properties. The right candidate will take pride in their work, think proactively, and deliver consistent results that reflect our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property showings and provide prospective tenants with accurate information about available units.
- Respond promptly to rental inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Screen tenant applications, process background and credit checks, and coordinate move-ins and move-outs.
- Prepare and review lease agreements and ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current vacancies, rental rates, and property features.
- Liaise with owners, tenants, and vendors to facilitate smooth leasing operations.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure units are rent-ready.
- Coordinate marketing efforts, including taking photos, creating listings, and posting on rental platforms.
- Maintain detailed records of communications, applications, and transactions in the property management system.
- Assist with Section 8, City of Fresno, and housing-related documentation as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Real Estate Licencse
- Minimum 1 year of experience in property management, leasing, or real estate.
- Knowledge of Fresno-area rental markets and fair housing regulations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional and friendly demeanor with a customer-first mindset.
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and follow-up skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think proactively and problem-solve.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
