As our portfolio continues to expand, we are looking for a skilled individual to help maintain and enhance the curb appeal of our managed properties. The right candidate will take pride in their work, think proactively, and deliver consistent results that reflect our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mow, edge, and trim lawns across managed residential and multi-family properties.
- Perform yard clean-ups, weeding, raking, leaf removal, and general landscape maintenance.
- Prune, trim, and shape shrubs, trees, and hedges to ensure healthy growth and aesthetic appeal.
- Maintain irrigation systems—inspect for leaks, adjust sprinklers, and make basic repairs.
- Remove debris, trash, and overgrown vegetation to maintain a safe, clean exterior environment.
- Report property condition issues or maintenance concerns to management promptly.
- Coordinate with management, owners, and tenants to schedule services efficiently.
- Assist with seasonal planting, fertilizing, and pest control as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations at all times.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in lawn care, landscaping, or groundskeeping.
- Knowledge of Fresno’s local climate and seasonal plant care.
- Basic irrigation and lawn equipment repair skills.
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of managing multiple properties.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
