What You'll Do
- Oversee team performance during shifts
- Support servers, baristas, and cooks as needed
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Ensure standards for hospitality, service, and cleanliness are met
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience in food service
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to motivate and support a team
- Calm under pressure and solutions-focused
- Weekend availability is a must
