Program Overview
The Chamberlin Associates Marketing Internship gives Marketing and Communications students hands-on experience inside a high-volume, operationally driven property management company. Interns gain exposure to marketing operations, analytics, and website management, and portfolio performance across multifamily communities throughout Arizona.

Marketing & Leasing
Support 40% Lease-up support, market research, ad copy, property marketing coordination
Analytics & Reporting 25% Traffic source tracking, lead conversion analysis, marketing performance reporting
Digital Presence & Brand
Support 35% Website updates, online management, content coordination, photography assistance
What You'll Work On
· Lease-up campaign support for new and underperforming communities
· Competitive market analysis and positioning research
· Property marketing coordination including signage, flyers, and digital updates
· Traffic source and lead conversion reporting
· Manage ILS platforms (Apartments.com, Zillow, etc.)
· Coordinate photography and video coordination for property marketing
· Website content updates and reputation monitoring support
· Capstone project focused on marketing strategy or operational improvement recommendations
What We're Looking For
· Junior or Senior pursuing Marketing, Communications, Business, or related degree
· Strong writing and communication skills
· Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
· Interest in real estate, multifamily housing, or operations-driven marketing
· Analytical mindset with interest in performance metrics and reporting
· Familiarity with marketing tools, Canva, Excel, or digital platforms preferred
Salary : $19 - $20
