- Maintenance Technician
- Maintenance Supervisor
- Leasing Consultant
- Assistant Manager
- Property Manager
Maintenance Requirements:
- General knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, pool maintenance, carpentry, landscaping, appliances.
- One or more industry-specific professional certifications (EPA, HVAC, CPO) preferred.
- Prior experience in maintenance or a related field preferred - entry-level candidates welcome.
- Reliable transportation and a working cell phone.
- Ability to communicate clearly in written and spoken English.
- Brings a positive, enthusiastic attitude to the team.
- Available to participate in on-call rotations when needed.
Administrative Requirements:
- Sales or customer service experience preferred - entry-level candidates welcome.
- Comfort and ability to resolve conflict and provide a high level of customer care.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-starter work ethic.
- Associate's and/or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
