What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and build strong relationships in the showroom
- Assist with vehicle selection, test drives, and product demonstrations
- Follow up on internet leads, phone inquiries, and walk-in traffic
- Set appointments and convert leads into sales
- Present pricing and financing options clearly and confidently
- Track all activity using CRM tools
- Stay up to date on Ford products, features, and incentives
- Deliver an excellent customer experience to drive repeat and referral business
What We’re Looking For
- 1 year of sales or customer-facing experience required
(automotive, retail, BDC, call center, or phone sales preferred)
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-traffic dealership
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
