Challenger School is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented individual to join our Traverse Mountain Campus in Lehi as a secretary. As a school secretary, you are the first person everyone interacts with, so you play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment at the campus. At Challenger, you will manage all aspects of the front office and actively support students, parents, teachers, and directors.

- Maintain a safe, productive, and welcoming office environment
- Answer phones and respond to questions
- Manage the student information system
- Keep campus inventory up to date, order supplies as needed
- Aid managers with enrollment inquires and marketing events
- Assist with sick or injured students
- Work patiently with students, parents, and coworkers
- Two years of college or relevant experience
- Ability to pass a background check
- Completion of pre-employment assessments
