Seeking Entry Level- Full-time Warranty Coordinator, responsibilities include; scheduling warranty tickets with our trade partners and home owners, keeping logs of all scheduling (in our tracking spreadsheet) updated at all times, maintain good relationship with our customers and trade partners, and getting tickets closed out in a reasonable amount of time. Must exhibit professional image and behavior, customer service skills are necessary, along with a great work ethic and attendance. This is a very fast paced environment where organization and an even temperament are key.
