Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Parkour/Ninja Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in parkour or ninja training and a passion for teaching and inspiring students in a fun and safe environment.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead parkour and ninja classes for students of all ages and skill levels.
- Teach fundamental parkour techniques, including jumps, vaults, rolls, and wall climbs.
- Design challenging and engaging obstacle courses that promote skill development and creativity.
- Provide individualized instruction and feedback to help students progress and overcome obstacles.
- Emphasize safety awareness and proper technique during training sessions.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to develop new programs and special events.
- Maintain a clean and organized training area, including setting up and dismantling equipment as needed.
- Communicate effectively with students and their parents regarding class schedules, progress, and any relevant information.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience coaching parkour or ninja training, preferably in a group setting.
- Strong understanding of parkour techniques, safety protocols, and obstacle course design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Demonstrated ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude.
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred but not required).
- Willingness to undergo background checks as required by state regulations.
