Position Description
Chaffey College is seeking applicants for the adjunct faculty pool in the Business Department. All applicants are expected to meet the California State Community College Minimum Qualifications for Business instructors (below). Meeting the minimum qualifications does not guarantee employment or an interview.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Master's in business, business management, business administration, accountancy, finance, marketing or business education; OR
• Bachelor's in any of the above AND Master's in economics, personnel management, public administration, or JD or LL.B. degree; OR
• Bachelor's in economics with a business emphasis AND Master's in personnel management, public administration, or JD or LL.B. degree; OR
• The equivalent.; AND
• Demonstrated evidence of sensitivity to and understanding of the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, and ethnic backgrounds in a community college environment.
MEETING MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS DOES NOT ASSURE THE CANDIDATE OF AN INTERVIEW. Applications will be evaluated taking into account the breadth and depth of relevant education, experience, skills, knowledge and abilities.
