- Perform landscape maintenance activities such as mowing, lawn care, tree trimming, and gardening to maintain attractive outdoor spaces
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for repairs, installations, and routine maintenance tasks across the facility
- Operate equipment including excavators and snow plows to manage construction projects or seasonal weather challenges
- Conduct irrigation system checks and repairs to ensure optimal watering of landscaped areas
- Maintain hardscape features like pathways, patios, and retaining walls through regular inspections and repairs
- Assist with tree care activities such as pruning and planting to promote healthy growth and safety
- Support seasonal tasks including snow plowing and debris removal to keep the premises safe and accessible during winter months
Qualifications
- Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment
- Familiarity with lawn care, landscape maintenance, tree care, and gardening techniques
