We’re looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Procurement Operations / Coupa Systems Analyst to support Coupa system management, procurement operations, reporting, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement. This role plays a key part in ensuring purchasing processes run smoothly, compliantly, and with strong visibility across the organization. Long term consulting engagement.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and monitor Coupa system activity, including requisitions, approvals, and PO transmission
- Troubleshoot Coupa system issues and support users with questions, reporting, and delegations
- Run and maintain procurement and contract-related reports (spend, categories, stakeholders, savings)
- Prepare quarterly and year-end procurement updates
- Maintain procurement processes, SOPs, and change management logs
- Manage PO change requests and maintain SharePoint reporting
- Train and onboard new Coupa users
- Support RFx (RFP/RFQ/RFI) processes and assist with pricing negotiations
- Manage contracts, license agreements, renewals, and vendor documentation
- Partner closely with stakeholders, legal, sourcing, finance, and vendors
- Support ad-hoc projects and supplier management initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
- Experience with procurement operations, Coupa, or similar P2P systems
- Knowledge of strategic sourcing and RFx processes
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence without authority and collaborate across teams
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong customer service mindset and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Microsoft Suite
