We’re seeking a Rust Engineer to help create, maintain, and evolve cutting-edge embedded platforms in a highly energized, fast-paced, and innovative environment. This is a hybrid role based in Plano, TX—candidates must be local or willing to relocate.
You’ll be working on impactful products, collaborating closely with product owners and customers, and contributing across the full software development lifecycle.

What You’ll Do
- Contribute across the full software development lifecycle
- Write clean, maintainable, extensible, and well-tested Rust code
- Produce technical specifications and assess operational feasibility
- Continuously integrate and deliver software into fully functional systems
- Partner with customers to facilitate end-to-end user testing
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems
- Collaborate closely with product owners to shape and deliver customer-facing features
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of software engineering experience
- Hands-on experience developing production-grade Rust applications
- Experience deploying or supporting Rust applications in production environments
- Strong grasp of modern software engineering best practices
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented, agile environment
- Familiarity with modern architectures, CI/CD practices, or related engineering disciplines
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills
- Solutions-oriented mindset with openness to collaborative problem-solving
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to quality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrates integrity and consistently high standards of work
