A booming lawn and landscaping company in Summerfield, Florida is seeking a full time Hardscape crew leader.
Duties include but are not limited to the following:

- Leadership skills and ability to delegate
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly and multi-tasking is a must!
Job Responsibilities
- Design and build hardscapes
- Discuss directly with potential and current customers regarding design and requested changes as well as day to day progress made on projects
- Work effectively with a team
- Able to effectively educate other members of the team on how to complete the project efficiently
Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent. Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred.
- Able to be polite, courteous and professional to customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Hardscape experience
- Must be able to work independently without supervision / as well as in a team environment
- Self Starter / Problem solver
- Must have reliable transportation
- Able to pass a background check and drug screening
